Why this retreat exists
We created this retreat because the ocean changed the way we see the world; not only the one around us, but the one within each of us. There’s something about being underwater that quiets everything else. It strips life back to what’s essential: your breath, your body, the vastness around you. It’s both humbling and freeing.
We wanted to give others the chance to feel that too; to step out of routine, explore unknown territory, and reconnect with a simpler rhythm of living. This retreat is about adventure, curiosity, and the calm that comes when you let the ocean lead the way.

I’ve always been curious about the world; about places, people, and the sense of openness that comes from exploring beyond what you know. Traveling and discovering new landscapes has made me realise how deeply connected we are to nature, and how grounding, humbling, and empowering it feels to become one with it.
The first time I went diving, I felt that connection in a new way, a calm and quiet wonder that made me want to keep exploring and to make these kinds of experiences accessible to others. The ocean, like yoga, invites presence. It reminds you to trust in your breath, your body, and the world around you.
This retreat is about sharing that simple and powerful joy of feeling connected to nature, to ourselves, and to each other.

There’s something about being in nature that feels like returning home, a reminder of how alive the world is and how much we belong to something bigger. That sense of wonder has shaped the way I travel and see things.
Photography came later, becoming a way to slow down and notice, to seek the wild places that spark curiosity and stay with you long after you leave. Diving grew from that same pull to explore. Each one is its own story, a new rhythm, a new kind of stillness.
This retreat brings those experiences together: curiosity, connection, and the quiet joy of being outdoors, sharing moments that feel deeply personal yet remind us how naturally we belong to the same world.
