Frequently Asked Questions
🧳 Preparation & Packing
-
The Maldives has a tropical climate year-round. We recommend light, breathable clothing - think linen, cotton, and swimwear.
Because Dhigurah is a local island, modest clothing is appreciated in public areas.
Bring:Swimwear for the beach and diving
Lightweight cover-ups (linen shirt, t-shirt, or shorts) for village walks
Breathable yoga and activewear
A hat, sunglasses, and reef-safe sunscreen
Flip-flops or sandals (you can often go barefoot — it’s a sandy island!)
Evenings are warm, so no heavy layers are needed.

GoPro or underwater camera (although we will provide a footage as well)
Yoga wear and optional travel mat (mats provided)

Power bank and travel adaptor (Type G – same as the UK)
