Day 1: Arrival and Welcome

Description:
Arrive in MalΓ©, where our team will greet you and guide you onto the speedboat transfer to Dhigurah Island.
Settle into your room, breathe in the salt air, and enjoy a relaxed dinner together.
End the evening with a restorative welcome yoga flow β to stretch, unwind, and fully arrive.
Day 2: Meet the Ocean

π Main Activities: First dives / PADI course / guided snorkeling, yoga
Description:
Start your ocean adventures - certified divers explore the reefs, PADI students begin their open water training, and snorkelers join guided reef trips.
Afternoon is free for rest, beach time, or island cafΓ©s.
Regroup in the evening for dinner and a sunset yoga session to stretch, restore, and reconnect.
Day 3: Reef Exploration & Flow

Description:
Spend the morning exploring vibrant coral reefs with your dive or snorkeling group.
After lunch, enjoy downtime, sports or a swim in the lagoon.
At sunset, join a yoga flow to release shoulders and hips after an active day in the ocean.
Day 4: Dive, Move, Repeat

Description:
Another full morning in the water - two dives for certified divers, or continued PADI Open Water progress for students. Snorkelers visit new reef sites.

Day 5: Ocean Connection

Continue to deepen your diving or snorkeling experience β new locations, colorful coral, and abundant marine life.

In the evening, gather for yoga and dinner with the group.
Day 6: Ocean in focus

Day 7: Final Dives & Island Rhythm

As the sun begins to set, gather for a yoga flow and a relaxed group dinner - the perfect close to a week of movement and ocean connection.
Day 8: Nurse Shark Excursion & Beach Dinner

Description:
Another highlight of the retreat - a guided nurse shark excursion in crystal-clear water, where youβll swim or dive alongside these calm and curious creatures.
After returning to the island, enjoy a lunch, some rest and a sunset yoga session to stretch and unwind from the day at sea.
The evening ends with a beach dinner under the stars, celebrating a week of movement, connection, and ocean adventure.
Day 9: Farewell & Return to Male
